CALL FOR PAPERS

     The Faculty of Education, Assumption University of Thailand remains at the forefront in providing quality teacher education programs in Asia Pacific countries and it is the only institution in Thailand to offer Education programs in English as a medium of instruction. The faculty has been catering its services to several International Schools by providing in-service and pre-service teacher training programs. The unique feature of the faculty is the multi-cultural and international learning environment that ensures global education.

     We are now planning to publish a bi-annual international journal on education with the belief that the professional development of teachers, teacher educators and educational administrators is an ongoing process and is essential for quality education in Thailand and around the world. This is only possible through the dissemination of knowledge and expertise across universities and among professionals.

     The Faculty of Education Review seeks to establish academic networking to integrate the intellectual, methodological and substantive diversity of educational thoughts and scholarship. It’s aim is to generate vigorous dialogue among the between the educational thinkers and practitioners across the world for quality education The Editorial Committee of the Journal welcomes submissions of articles from its readers. The Journal will consider the articles treating topics of wide interest in Education at all levels, Educational Management and other related areas, including Distance Education, E-Learning, Comparative Education etc., because the Journal is intended for a wide audience in the academic community.

     Electronic submission of the article is highly desirable. Otherwise the Manuscripts must be typed in double-spaced throughout (including endnotes) on A4-sized paper or equivalent and should be not more than 15 manuscript pages, including charts, notes, and appendices. Authors are encouraged to supplement the typed copy of their manuscripts with an IBM format computer disk, using Microsoft Word. Include an abstract (100 words or less) summarizing paper's chief contribution. Authors should place their names, address and professional background on the cover page but the name should not appear on headers or elsewhere in the body of the article. It is expected that all authors will confine to the accepted scholarly standards concerning references. The panel of experts will review the articles and only the selected articles will be published in the journal.

     Please submit your articles before 1st May for the first issue and before 1st November for the second issue of the Journal.  I look forward to your cooperation and academic contribution.
